to every corner of the
United States.
Shipping is free and we take
care of everything. So
if you are considering the
purchase of a bronze
sculpture, relax we have it
all under control right up
to delivery to your home.
However, there are a few
things you need to know
about receiving your
purchase so please read the
following information
carefully.
Sculptures
that weigh less than 150 pounds will
be shipped by UPS directly
from California at very same foundry
that makes the bronze
sculptures for our gallery.
We deal foundry direct, which
is why our prices are so
low. If it is in stock you
can expect delivery anywhere
from 3-10 days depending on
where you are in the country.
(Click the map to the right
to see times in transit) If you need expedited
service please let us know.
We offer overnight, 2-day
and 3-day express shipping
for an additional fee.
About 80% of our inventory
is in stock at any given
time. Items not in stock
may be in production and we
will ship as soon as it is
ready. If it needs to
be cast special it will take
about 2 weeks plus delivery
time. The worse-case
is always 4 weeks from order
to delivery. If
delivery time is a concern,
please contact us for
availability information.
IMPORTANT: When your
sculpture arrives, don't be
surprised by the size of the
box. We use a lot of
packing material including
bubble-wrap and foam.
BEFORE ACCEPTING DELIVERY,
please inspect the box for
any visible damage. If
you see any damage to the
box, please inspect the
contents before the UPS
driver leaves. If that
is not possible, please open
and inspect your purchase as
soon as possible. We
have 3 business days to
report damage to UPS.
Unpacking: The top of
the box will be clearly
marked. Open the top
and remove the foam "lid"
inside the box. Under
the lid you will see your
sculpture wrapped in
bubble-wrap. We use
foam packing that completely
envelops the sculpture, so
you may need to break away
some of the foam before
attempting to lift the
sculpture out. DO NOT
FORCE THE SCULPTURE OUT OF
THE FOAM AS DAMAGE MAY
RESULT!
Once you have removed the
sculpture, from the box, use
scissors to carefully
remove the bubble-wrap.
Pull the bubble-wrap away
from the sculpture as you
cut. It is best to
make one long cut from top
to bottom so you can reuse
the bubble-wrap should there
be any damage to the
sculpture.
That's it! You are
ready to place the sculpture
in its permanent home.
It may be a little dusty
from the packing process,
but you can remove that with
a dry rag.
