If a sculpture arrives defective or damaged in shipping, notify us within 3 days of delivery and we will have the damaged piece picked up and we will replace it with a new one at no cost to you for shipping in either direction. That is a darn good guarantee!

Unlike many online art dealers we also have a retail gallery and our customers know how to find us.  In addition, we give the personal customer service that you would expect from an art gallery.   We stand behind every sale we make and if you do have a problem, you will most likely deal with the very same person that took your order.  We don't have vast cubicles of customer service reps selling everything from bronze statues to perfume and treat you like a number.  When you call here you will most likely reach the owner of the company.  This level of service is rare on the Internet.
